1. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before shipping: Full cancellation allowed, full refund processed.
  • After shipping: Cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery (as per our Return Policy).

Non-cancellable orders:

  • Custom-made products
  • Special orders or customized electronics
  • Bulk orders based on buyer requirements

2. Return Policy

We offer a simple and fair return process.

2.1 7-Day Return for Defective Products

You are eligible for a return or replacement if the product:

  • Arrives in damaged or defective condition
  • Is not functioning as described
  • Has a manufacturing defect

Conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be returned with original box, accessories, and invoice
  • Physical damage caused by customer is not eligible

2.2 Non-Returnable Products

The following cannot be returned:

  • Burnt or physically damaged items
  • DIY kits, sensors, modules damaged due to wrong wiring
  • Programming/Software-related issues
  • Custom-made or special-order products

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the condition and timing of the return.

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • If order is canceled before shipping β†’ Full Refund
  • If a product is defective and returned β†’ Replacement or Refund
  • If product is unavailable after return β†’ Full Refund

3.2 Refund Processing Time

  • UPI / Wallet: 1–2 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
  • Razorpay / Online Payments: 3–7 business days

Refunds will be sent to the original payment method used during checkout.


4. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • Defective Return (7 days): Robosol India covers both-way shipping
  • Customer-driven return: Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Wrong wiring / customer damage: Paid repair & shipping apply

5. How to Request a Return/Refund

Please provide the following:

  • Order ID or Invoice
  • Clear images/videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

6. Final Decision

All returns and refunds are processed after inspection by our technical team.
